New Launch screen red dot on Files menu but no files are listed under Available sub-menu

Hi all.

I don't if this a bug but on the new launch screen that came with the latest update the "Files" menu has a red dot on bottom right corner.  I assume it's letting me know that there are file available for me to install.  When I select the "Available" sub-menu there are no files listed in the "Game Files" - "Module Name" list box even though there is a number 6 inside the red dot on bottom right of the "Available" sub-menu.

Am I missing something or not selecting something?

I have this too, I just assumed it was a bug relating to FC3 (available but already installed) that would be fixed eventually.

Edit: I had this before the latest hotfix too.
