Mouse cursor in Map Editor also activates apps on my tool bar

Hi There.

In VR, in the editor, the map icons at the bottom (Map, Sat, Alt) - as I move my cursor over there in VR there is an identical mouse pointer on my 2D desktop now pointing at some of my Toolbar app icons.  It is only happening at the very bottom of the VR display where this 'overlap' occurs.

 

Is there something I can change to prevent this?
