Unable to type in chat from briefing / side select window 2.9.7.59074

Since this patch you are unable to open / type in chat from the briefing window (shift tab, tab etc.) 

Many multiplayer servers use chat commands to pick RED / BLUE side prior to using slot blocking on the selection window

It would be really useful to have a "onPlayerTryChooseCoalition" or similar gui hook

SpecialK said it's reported internally in discord, so marking it such here to avoid unnecessary noise
