Sn8ke
This has been specific to blue Afghanistan airfields and in the A-10C II, posted in A-10C II bugs as well. I cannot get the ground crew to respond to anything, specifically to remove the wheel chocks. flanker0ne
It seems strange to me that something like this is related to the scenario, but I could be wrong SCOPRI DI PIU': https://www.amvi.it/joinus.php DISCORD COMBINEDOPS The Battle Planning Tool
Nealius
Works for me if the canopy is open, however the A-10C-II is the odd one out with this. F-16, for example, doesn't require the canopy to be open in order to communicate with ground chief.
Sn8ke
Does not work for me if canopy is open. In fact, ground crew will not rearm aircraft, nor respond to any request, power off, or engines and radios on. Nealius
Found the issue: Bastion Heliport also must be blue for the chocks to be removed. From observing AI and ATC behavior on Afghanistan map, there seems to be issues with the airbase/heliport combination where the AI, ATC, and now ground crew, cannot differentiate between the airbase and the heliport. In my track file the aircraft is blue. I switched it to neutral too. This was also at Kandahar, and with multiple aircraft types. I think this is as of the latest update, as I believe as was well the initial Afghan map release. Batman231
This is an issue right from the beginnig and a workaround do exist. By placing a blue static object (FARP tent for example) somewhere on the base, behind a hangar or so, you can get the ground and ATC to work.
