Choose What You Want:

- Land-based Squadron, Lead the Charge as a member of our Land-based Squadron. We are heavily based on the Real Life Indonesian Air Force which operates a wide variety of land-based airframes, most of which are modeled in DCS.
- Naval Aviator, Soar Above the Seas as a Naval Aviator. Our training server is equipped with LSO Grading plugins to evaluate your carrier traps, regardless of having Supercarrier module or not. Train to perfect your OK 3-Wire!
- Chopper Family, Master the Versatile Helicopter by joining our Chopper Family.
- Tactical Control, Coordinate the Action as a Tactical Controller or Ground Control Intercept.

We Have Something For Players From All Levels:

- New Players, learn to Aviate, Navigate and Communicate in a safe, friendly and risk-free environment, if necessary under direct guidance of our members coming from various skill-levels. We can also help to sort out general technical problems for setting up your DCS setup, especially if you need direct consultation in Bahasa Indonesia.
- Intermediate Players, master your aircraft systems, polish your flying and participate in fun activities in our server or other international servers. Master the skies in BVR & BFM, or even join our competitive team to go up against the best the world has to offer. Execute ground attacks with immaculate precision. Coordinate well in a massive simulated battlefield environment.
- Advanced Players, learn to lead, both as Flight Leader and Flight Planner. Flight Leaders learn the finer details of managing a flight and getting everyone home safely, with extreme precision and style. Flight Planners setup the perfect attack run or patrol corridor to effectively execute challenging missions. Take a broader view as GCI and direct your squad-mates into battle. Learn mission-making from basic to advanced missions up to implementation of Dynamic Campaign engines.

To answer your questions, we "fly" for fun (random flying or training) everyday around 1400z (2100 Western Indonesian Time) for 3-4 hours or so.

We have big/serious missions that require planning coordination and SRS communications every few weeks, usually on Fridays also around 1400z, if it helps I can announce them on this thread too. Briefings and serious mission SRS Comms are in English (although you may find our English limited), jokes are in Indonesian.

We are primarily a land based squadron (typically in F-16) but some of us have Navy planes too like the Hornet or Tomcat, but our "Carrier Air Group" isn't a full-time commitment. We do not enforce NATOPS approach procedures or anything, but our members usually do it anyway to look good and feel good. We have the T-45 mod and A-4E Skyhawk mod available to use on our servers for those who want to train for free. Our GVAW Training Server 3 (Syria) is equipped with Paddles Contact plugin to meticulously grade your carrier traps, the detailed results are posted on our Discord.

Our Indonesian community was established since 2020 and we are happy to be a part of the global DCS community. Our tags are [.ID] and if you are an Indonesian looking for friends to play, you are very welcome to join!

We've started doing international competitions too recently and we're doing quite okay I guess. We barely got through SATAC 23 group phase but got knocked out in the eliminations phase, but that's fine since we stood up against the world's finest teams! We fought in Gen-3 Superleague but lost in a shameful display of synchronized F-5E wing snap. We also do regional competitions with our buddies in DCS Thailand and DCS Malaysia. We are currently registered in ACWS and will try to participate in future competitions. Our strategy is simple: "Kill Much Don't Die". If you want to bring glory/shame to our country, we'll be happy to have you!

Requirements:

• Indonesian nationality
• Active Hours 1300z - 1800z everyday
• Can play DCS and familiar with your airframe of choice
• Willing to learn and can take criticism (and it gets wild out there)
• We mostly use Vipers, but Flanker or Hornet is ok too

 

Disclaimer for custom skins:

• To get exclusive Indonesian community skins, you will have to join a certain amount of routine missions first to earn it.
• To get personal custom Competitive Team skins (with custom tail emblems of your choice and your name on it), you will have to earn it by participating in our competitive training sessions and International level competitions.
