VR option to display George interface on fixed UI plane used for chat/radio messages/kneeboard/VOIP menus

as title says.  I find the George menus latched to my HMD LOS to be awkward, it would be really nice to have them appear on the fixed cockpit GUI plane.  If we could move it around the same way we can the VOIP menu, that would be perfect.
