missing info 2.9.8.1107 No Kill_Event PvP Multiplayer

Player vs Player Multiplayer, gunshot, s_event_hit registers multiple times and then bandit crashes into ground, however no kill event fires.

This has happened now four out of nine kills since the new update.
Removal of the wing in this fashion leading to player collision with terrain should result in a kill.
