AN/AAQ-33 (Sniper pod) vs. other pods in DCS

Is there going to be a difference in DCS between Sniper pod and other pods currently available in DCS: F-16C Viper?

What is the expected gain from this addition or is it just cosmetic change?

Not asking about real life difference but specifically in DCS, @BIGNEWY is there any "white paper"?

in Short This thing will be fully OP

Basically, the zoom and possibly the resolution will be much better and other functions that are still missing in the current TGP will be further developed.
But the feature that differs the most could be the multi-target track up to 10 targets at the same time, basically similar to the Apache and the Tads where there are fewer.
these are basic functions that the Sniper in the irl F-16 has.

According to the product page it has "Industry leading passive detection, tracking, and ranging for air-to-air and air-to-surface targets".

Does that mean it can function as an IRST? And auto detect ground targets?

I'm sure that we will not get the latest version of the pod. We don't know which version we are getting and will it have full features.
