CHINOOK Parking Brake - Will not lock

Has anyone worked out how to lock / unlock the CH 47's park brake?

Have tried all the usual actions (depress pedal brakes, set park brake, release pedals etc.) but cannot get it to lock>
Any help gratefully received.

To release press pedals. To lock, press pedals, pull parking brake handle, release pedals, release parking brake handle.

Hi MAXsenna.  I have tried your suggestion but it's not the solution. I am now wondering if my left brake pedal is not going full travel: It shows "98% in" - Could this explain it?

Yes, that might explain it. You have set your pedals as sliders? If they can't seem to fully deflect in the sim. You set them as sliders, set a small deadzone, and reduce the saturation a little bit. That should solve it. 

The procedure is definitely correct. I actually read through the whole manual EA manual last night.

I pull the brake handle first, then press the brakes fully, release them, then release the brake handle to get the parking brake to set.  To release, just tap the brakes. ( works the same way in the p-47). It’s very possible that they are not engaging if the axis/ sliders are not going to a full 100% travel. I have not read the manual but that technique works for me
