purchased Iraq map but not received

hopefully I am in the right place, I tried to get " a new ticket"  but quickly got lost in the labyrinth..... my problem is as the title says , two days ago I purchased the Iraq map, In the " my active licenses and   serial numbers" page it shoes that the transaction occurred and that it should be available . But when i start DCS open beta  nothing appears in the module manager for me to download, any help would be much appreciated. Again I hope I am in the right forum, at 70 its easy to get lost ...thanks in advance . Malacoda
