Fuel consumption at low level

Hi,

I made some tests of fuel consumption and I find something strange: Mirage F1EE, map Kola, QNH 29.92, Temp = 0°.

 - RPL201 filled + AUF 2 + 4 BLG-66 + Barax + 2 R550: 

    At 500ft / 550KTS, engine RPM = 7900 tr/min: needs 1060L / 100NM

    At 25000ft / M0.85, engine RPM = 7750 tr/min: needs 520L / 100NM

- RPL201 empty + AUF 2 (without BLG+66) + Barax + 2 R550 

   At 500ft / 550KTS, engine RPM = 7900 tr/min: needs 1060L / 100 NM (same as with 4 BLG-66 and RPL201 filled)

   At 25000ft / M0.85, engine RPM = 7600 tr/min: needs 470L / 100NM

 

The fuel consumption is the same at low level, even if my aircraft is lighter and has less drag. OK at 25000ft...
