Semi-rigid rotor system helicopters (such as UH-1H) can cause low-g mast bumping due to the  abrupt cyclic push over,

but it can't be reproduced in DCS no matter how hard you try.

I think this is a big part of the flight model implementation, so where should I contact to suggest this?

Are you sure? It definitely used to be in there.

Yes, the mast bump also occurs on dcs
However, the effects of low-g conditions are not implemented
For example, right rolling and rotor unloading
