Herman
I am just wondering what made the stabilizing autopilots disengage? I was flyin the beginners tutorial how to blow up things when my autopilots disengaged while going into Autohover Mode and i got my hands full to stabilize my chopper. Can anyone look into this and tell me what went wrong? I am totally at a loss, because i cant remember doing anything there besides increasing collective ? Its starts approx at sec 910 (No comment on my crappy flying :joystick: just started with getting into sims, i know i got much to do on that) Thanks very much in advance for your help.tutorial1.rar
ericinexile
I've had it happen a few times particularly when autohover drifts low (below 1 meter). I'm sure there is a logical cause but, because it happens so rarely, I personally haven't pondered it further. Smokin' Hole My DCS wish list: Su25, Su30, Mi24, AH1, F/A-18C, Afghanistan ...and frankly, the flight sim world should stop at 1995.
JG14_Smil
happens at times... I find it is best to just get the AP buttons turned back on before trying to fly the chopper again. If you ever take damage and AP lights blink and fail, set your WCS to the Nav mode to get the helo back home.
