Greetings All,

We would like to announce the development of the SEPECAT Jaguar GR.1A Mod For DCS World

The Jaguar was a key ground attack aircraft for the RAF, designed for high-speed, low-level strike missions. This mod aims to bring an authentic and functional representation of the GR.1A to DCS, focusing on a detailed flight model, accurate systems, and an overall high-quality experience!

Current Progress:

We are actively working on:

  • 3D Model & Cockpit – Building a detailed external model and high-quality cockpit
  • Flight Model & Systems – Developing a realistic EFM using real-world data

Stay Updated:

We’ll be sharing development updates, screenshots, and progress reports as we move forward.

  • Follow us on Discord for updates
  • Community feedback is welcome! – Let us know what you'd like to see

More details to come soon.

Beautiful, just beautiful, I'm ex RAF Regiment and when I joined up (1981) the "Jag" was my favourite fast jet in RAF service, soon followed by the Tornado GR.1, it's a much wanted and needed addition to DCS and thank you to you all for taking it on.

Wonderful, it looked great, but then a Jag pilot pointed out it was an ergonomic slum, underpowered and not fast.....but that he wouldn't change it for the world!

Remember supporting JTAC training in Herefordshire, UK. Weather was rubbish (Typical low cloud, rain, hard work for the FAC).  A Jag came into the area, having come down from Scotland, (where the weather is usuall much worse) The FAC was going to tell him to forget this, but the pilot pointed out he'd not come all this way for nothing. So the FAC gave him an entry gate grid ref, and a list of things that stood out, on his way to the target. i.e. Triangular wood on left of valley turn 30 Deg, derlict barn dead ahead, etc and the target was an inflateable infantry vehicle  by a stone wall....you get the idea. Then we heard him coming, and he popped out of the thick low cloud, upside down, zig zagged through the given points, flipped over and called bombs gone and pulled up, disappearing instantly! He hit the target according to the targetting team. Other nations aircraft due that afternoon, declined to take the risk in the weather and we didn't blame them!   Happy Days

The only way to make sense out of change is to plunge into it, move with it, and join the dance.

As things stand, dead keen for anything RAF post-1945.

Would love a Bucc, low level queen; or a Venom, the Sabre-killer par excellence; or even a Meteor, to have a go with the Aussies in Korea. Hunter obvs; likewise an actual Harrier. Canberra goes without saying, Nimrods had an interesting role/system set and one hell of a service life, and who wouldn't want a go at the controls of TSR-

Oh, sorry lads, dunno what just came over me. As you were 🍻
