fixed F1's rockets don't explode

This happens with all types of rockets (I didn't try the lighting and marker ones).

I confirm this issue.  No mods installed on my end.

Fixed internally, seems ED made changes to the rocket logic.

They'll probably fix it in a hot patch since it is kind of a game breaker.  My guess is by next week.  Don't hold me to that though.

While we wait for (another) patch, the Splash Damage script can be used as an interim solution. Just tried it; not perfect, but at least the rockets are no longer completely useless.
