Digital 9-lines via datalink

Will the Viper ever get support for receiving "digital" 9-lines over the datalink similar to what the A-10C II has? We're currently limited to receiving 9-lines over radio which is very cumbersome and tedious.

I checked out the roadmap and I don't see it there.

Viper has a different datalink system, and can't receive 9-lines in text form. It's a feature of SADL, which our Viper doesn't have (IRL there exists a different block that does).

Aren't we eventually getting IDM on the DCS Viper? Wouldn't that give JTACs the ability to send digital 9-lines to our Viper?

Improved Data Modem

The Improved Data Modem (IDM), developed by the U.S. Naval Research Laboratory and built by Symetrics Inc., will be used to exchange data of various systems and targets with other aircraft (e.g. F-16, A-10, AH-64 or E-8 JSTARS) or with a ground station.

Maybe I’m wrong but I think that the IDM is necessary for the intraflight A-A target sharing.

Regardind SADL and JTAC, I remember to read something about it  but I think that was a thing of the Block 30/32. Not sure if the newer 50/52 are SADL equipped or only relies in L16.

Maybe I’m wrong, English is not my mother tongue.

I agree that the block 50 should not have SADL, and that this is accurate for the 2007 era Viper that we have.

But we are still getting IDM functions, and shouldn't that still allow air-to-ground communication where JTACs can send coordinates to us? Not a full 9-line, but at least coordinates?
