datalink only works when gpstime is off

So the server-guy can't find his error, and I'm not to bright when it comes to mission building, but as the title says, with all the planes configured ok for datalink, the datalink only works when we go into DED,and switch gps time to off.

 

that's completely opposite, I think, so wxhat's wrong. mission time is on 2016 I believe
