fixed Graphics glitch with front canopy blown off on BE

Hey,

I stumbled upon minor graphical glitch when the front seat canopy is missing -- F1BE renders two parallel moving bars originating somewhere between the front-seat and hud repeater.  In this case I lost the front canopy due to wind on takeoff when I was playing with the hud repeater in the rear seat and forgot to lock the canopy in the front.
