Tiny Tim rocket motor fires instantly instead of having a delay to clear the propeller

Tiny Tim rocket should have a delay in the rocket motor firing in order to clear the propeller of the Corsair. However it currently fires straight away, passing through the propeller.

I did make a post about this earlier today, but I thought it would be reasonable to make one here as well because, well, its a weapon. Thank You
