captured F4U Corsair

I am looking for information on a Corsair captured by the Japanese military. I have identified the BuNo and unit, but the marking pattern of the unit at that time does not match the marking pattern in the photo.

Does anyone have a photo of the entire aircraft or a photo of the vertical tail?

Unit: VMF-123 BuNo. 82344 Side number 61

If the aircraft below is it, then it would have a horizontal stripe.  CV-18 USS Wasp.
The dates are close, but the photo is dated February 27, 1945.  Of course, that could be the date the film was developed.

The caption for the first photo has the plane lost on the 16th of Feb from the Essex.

The Caption for the 2nd photo states "61" was a Bennington Corsair from VMF-123 piloted by Robert M. Cies. Twenty-four year old 2nd Lt. Robert Mervin Cies (026780) from Chillicothe MO, was flying BuNo 82344 on 16 Feb. He was last seen during a dogfight involving 5-6 Zekes over Hamamatsu Airfield, Honshu, Japan. Cies was not reported as a POW nor were his remains recovered.

Another possibility if the caption is not correct is a Wasp Corsair of VMF-217 Corsair BuNo 57858 piloted by 217's CO Maj. Jack Ralph Amende, Jr. (06909).

これだ！撃墜記録と一致している。1945年2月16日、ワスプ所属のコルセア1機が本州上空で失われた！マーキングも一致しているので、問題の機体であることは間違いない。どうもありがとう！

調査の結果、この航空機はVMF-213の可能性が高いことが判明しました。尾翼のマーキングはVMF-217のものと一致しません。

VMF-213航空機が1945年2月16日に失われたことは、この理論に合致する。

In the photo, the stripes on the front part of the wings are missing, but it seems that some aircraft had them removed in 1945.

A short video in link below shows another captured F4U from VMF-213, No.69. It was downed during Sout China sea raid near Saigon (present-day Ho Chi Minh City) in January 1945.

Please check your files.  Some have complete white alpha mask.  It is not needed.  File size will be smaller, if removed.
Maybe, there also extra files?

Example, Fuse_01:

 

For colors, they look bright in PBR shader.  Check in ModelViewer to see pink or orange. (push F8 function key)

If pink, color values need adjusted.  Pure colors should look grey in ModelViewer.



Try to keep saturation away from 100%, and any 100% RGB values are not great for shader.
HSB, Red: I recommend,  5*, 65%, 31%.  It will look dark on texture, but that is ok. 
HSB, White: 0*, 0%, 65% - 74%
