Use OpenXR-API-Layer-tool and check if MBQV is ticked

For the first time, I can not reactivate.
It now reports the following:

C:\Program Files\OpenXR-Quad-Views-Foveated\XR_APILAYER_MBUCCHIA_quad_views_foveated.dll has a signature without a timestamp, from an expired certificate; This may cause issues with games that use anti-cheat software.
-No fix..  😞

EDIT: I normally just run the Quad-Views-Foveated-1.1.3 installer, and chose "Repair".
This time I had to restart DCS three times for it to catch..
Oh, but it¨'s good to be stutter-free again!   🙂

Yes it sucks that we have to rely on 3rd party software like mbuchia's quad-views for smooth experience just because piplay openxr causes stutters in DCS. I had submitted ticket to Pimax about this and they finally acknowledged that it's thier software is culprit and they will fix "soon".
