Yuriks Posted November 14 Posted November 14 (edited) Looking for insights on Fulcrum rudder control. Even with a moderate rudder input Fulcrum makes a crazy roll and a wobble. Use it in the Hornet along with ailerons, but this aircraft behaves different. Edited November 18 by Yuriks 1
Solution AeriaGloria Posted November 14 Solution Posted November 14 The manual mentions it should roll well with rudder at subsonic speeds. And roll very little with rudder at higher supersonic speeds As far wobble, the MiG-29 is relaxed stability of 2-4% margin, this affects both yaw and pitch. It also has quite noticeable proverse yaw (yaw in direction of roll) until you get to about 10-12 degrees AOA and over, you can see both heading and the turn rate instrument jump in the direction you roll the stick even slightly For best stability like bombing, you really need to keep your feet off the pedals 1 Black Shark Den Squadron Member: We are open to new recruits, click here to check us out or apply to join! https://blacksharkden.com
