For anyone who is interested ...

Thrustmaster Warthog HOTAS
Throttle axis tuning to act as a helo collective (i.e. reversed, pull-back to increase)

              | UH-1 | AH-64 | OH-58 | CH-47 | SA342 | UH-60L|
              ------------------------------------------------
Deadzone      |  30  |   30  |   30  |   30  |   30  |   30  |
Saturation X  | 100  |  100  |  100  |  100  |  100  |  100  |
Saturation Y  |  75  |   70  |  100  |   90  |   87  |   80  |
Curve         |   0  |    0  |    0  |    0  |    0  |    0  |
Slider        |   x  |    x  |    x  |    x  |    x  |    x  |
Invert        |   x  |    x  |    x  |    x  |    x  |    x  |
User curve    |      |       |       |       |       |       |
              ------------------------------------------------

Deadzone - used to remove the AB detent region from the throttle range.
Saturation Y - the useful collective maximum demand. The thing that varies between helo's.
Curve - linear. Anything else is not useful since collective demand is proportional to load/weight.
Slider/invert - set both to enable the tuning method.

nullThe attached screenshot shows the result (UH-1).

The minimum collective demand is at the AB detent position (fully forward) and the maximum collective demand is at the idle position (fully to the rear).

Hope this is helpful
