Offset area aim point for jdam gbu31 in Pre mode

May i ask if this is still working. I have listed the following process below but am struggling to get it to work

Rmfd   

Select GB31B

Power on weapon to RDY OBS7

Switch to Pre OBS2 

Rmfd

Change to TGP

Make SOI

Locate and lock target TMSright – Area track

Press TGT  OBS10 but this does not change to OA1

If this worked I would be able to locate a 2^nd target
