Feedback Thread - Phantom Patch 27-11-2025

Dear all,

our apologies for being rather quiet despite the recent patches, but this year continues to be very busy for us. With the last patch we introduced aircraft persistence, which we hope you all got to enjoy in the meantime, while this patch primarily focuses on polishing some remaining issues with it. The persistent aircraft feature is meant to reward the player with consequences in regards to his flying over the span of a campaign, several missions or just a particular airframe that you want to make "yours". We now added a feature so that you can load a persistent aircraft from the aircraft itself via a keybind after changing livery and/or tail number. This will primarily help those of you who would like to fly a persistent aircraft online, and like this you can save and load different aircraft for different servers, or scenarios, etc. We also hope that you enjoy the EFB, which both together with aircraft persistence will be expanded upon later - we have many great ideas how to make your experience here even more seamless and enjoyable.

Additionally we touched up on the RWR and of course prioritized fixing some potential CTDs that you encountered and reported - our apologies for the inconvenience again. We also added a first small set of instant action missions for the Cold War map, with many more planned in the near future, also for Iraq and Afghanistan.

We hope you enjoy all these changes and additions and thank you for your very kind patience as the team continues full steam towards the end of the year. As always we would like to kindly ask you for your feedback, and thank you for your kind and continued support!
