Hi, 

we have tried to reproduce but but we are not seeing the issue. Please attach a track replay example on Caucasus terrain with just the units required for the test its better for the devs and our debug.

It seems you are using code 119 for the old Tor, but the more modern Tor M2, the AGM-88, needs a different flight path, so it uses code 132.
