Optiscaler use casues C-130 to crash upon loading into mission.

Not really a bug report as it's not a fault with the C-130 as such, but more of heads up to others. With Optiscaler installed DCS will crash (without the normal crashdump) when the C-130 attempts to load into the mission. Uninstalling Optiscaler fixes the issue. 

GPU is 9070xt.
