COLA VORTAC placed wrong

[Volator]

The COLA VORTAC in the vicinity of Cologne-Bonn airport is placed wrong.

Reference is the in-game TPC chart and my 1989 ICAO VFR chart.

I marked the correct position of the COL VORTAC in red in the ME.
