missing info Air Drop in Afghanistan/Syria not working

Cargo is destroyed after leaving the ramp in northern Afghanistan (Bala Murghab), tested multiple different cargos and drop altitudes/speeds, cargo always gets destroyed

It seems that any airdropped vehicles "die" or become unusable after landing. You can still see them, but they are no longer visible on the f10 map and cannot be controlled. They also have a tendency to leave craters. Tactical Commander can enter them as they parachute but gets kicked out when they touch the ground.

The screenshot is what the units look like after landing, and disappearing from the map, in a simple mp test

I tested dropping pallets every 1000ft up to 10,000 AGL and at different speeds. After dropping aprox 75 pallets the problem went away and I could drop at any altitude under 10,000-1,000ft AGL. after restarting the mission the problem came back, seems to only happen on Afg map so far. (also problem is not isolated to north part of the map)

happens in Syria as well.

what were you dropping? how many parachutes did you attach?

I tried all the cargo you can quick spawn and tried with everything from 1-5 chutes. Cargo gets destroyed before any chute animation happens.

Ah, so the chutes are not deploying at all? That’s quite different.

Is this in single player?

Please include a track of this happening, include your dcs.log as well, could be helpful, as always bug reporting should be the same for 3rd Parties as it is with ED, more info more better. Thanks!
