Cologne TACAN missing

It's shown on the map, and has what appears to be a VOR freq listed next to it, but it has no channel assigned and it has no entry in the beacons.lua either.

It is actually a good thing Ugra forgot to add the TACAN channel, because they also significantly misplaced the navaid (see my bug report below). This way we can at least put a mobile TACAN unit to the right location with the right channel and not have any interference with the misplaced one.

The TACAN might actually be functional. In the Mission Editor and Planner there's no number. In mission, F10 map, it's marked as 25X, and it appears to work in the C130 though I will need to check again.

FWIW, the beacon page in the ME does not show any channel assigned to COL, and if the lua also does not show any entries, it would be very interesting if it worked in the game.
