westr Posted December 31, 2025 Posted December 31, 2025 Watching a new interview with WAGS and there’s a section where he explains when DCS moves over to Vulcan all the coding on the modules need to be changed over for the move. Will this be the end of the Razbam modules? I own them all but I’m specifically concerned about the Harrier as i am particularly fond of it. This is not a thread that I’ve started just to complain about the situation I’d just like to have an explanation as to if ED have permission and or plan to update the existing code to convert these modules to the Vulcan api or is this the time where we’re likely to see the end of support for these Razbam modules? I’d just rather ED be open about the situation and let us know if anything can be done. 1 RYZEN 7 3700X Running at 4.35 GHz NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080Ti 32gb DDR4 RAM @3200 MHz Oculus CV1 NvME 970 EVO TM Warthog Stick & Throttle plus 11" extension. ED Team BIGNEWY Posted December 31, 2025 ED Team Posted December 31, 2025 Hi Westr, We do not have any new news to share currently. We have ensured the RAZBAM modules have been usable for well over a year now without any source code or help from RAZBAM by ensuring that DCS 2.9 remains compatible with them. After 2.9 we do not know if that will be possible, that being said we do not know when vulkan will be ready or when 3.0 will start, but we will keep you all informed if things change. For now DCS 2.9 continues to be worked on, we still hope a solution can be found for the disagreement that would be good for all concerned. I hope you have a great new year. thanks 7 4 Forum rules - DCS Crashing?
