I'm not sure what makes you think that an F-15C is any simpler than anything else, considering the multimode radar and insane integration with the other onboard systems. The A-10C's avionics system is extremely easy and straightforward. The avionics might be simpler in operation, but that doesn't mean programming them would be any easier. Of course, that's not to say it wouldn't be easier either. Not being a computer programming geek/ED Dev, I only know enough to know I know nothing when it comes to the black magic that makes these sims work.
