ED Team f-18hornet Posted May 20, 2010 ED Team Share Posted May 20, 2010 I don't know if I'm doing something wrong or not because I didn't try it yet.:music_whistling: When I try to fire two vikhrs at one time it fires only one missile although I select “ДЛ” (long) or “СР” (Medium) wich should fire two missiles - 2. The “ДЛ – СР – КОР” (weapon mode switch – burst length) switch should be set according to the desired launch mode. “ДЛ” (long) or “СР” (Medium) will launch two missiles and “КОР” (Short) will launch one missile. in manual but it won't fire that second missile. I know it's working but I don't know if I miss something. Eddie
Are you holding the pickle button down, long enough? The second missile takes another second or so to launch, but it won't if you release pickle too soon. Also, make sure your laser counter has finished counting down before you fire. 26-J39
Make sure your pipers are spot on then hold the weap release key as Eddie said.. Also, make sure your laser counter has finished counting down before you fire. AFAIK waiting for the count down is not necessary.... It's a suggested time out period before you lase a new target... It's a suggested time out period before you lase a new target... It will only let you fire one Vikhr if you don't wait for the countdown, no matter what burst length you said. My bet is you're only supposed to fire before the countdown in emergency situations. [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC]
