Nate--IRL-- Posted July 1, 2010 Posted July 1, 2010 If you wish to view the Training Tracks you must do so in an old version (you can install a separate, fresh, Black shark to complete the training tracks and delete the folder afterwards.) To quote myself from another thread, basically the training system is flawed. Actually it takes a lot of work to redo the training tracks, and this has been one of the main design flaws of most of ED previous sims. Thankfully it has been addressed, in a limited way, for FC2 and hopefully given the hints, comprehensively for Warthog. Anyway, I've never even looked at the training tracks. I found all the information I needed in the Producers notes series of Videos for Black shark. I suggest also checking out EDs youtube channel it has lots of training vids http://www.youtube.com/user/eagledcs#g/c/0CFA7EA40064EAE4 Nate Ka-50 AutoPilot/stabilisation system description and operation by IvanK- Essential Reading
GRoss Posted July 1, 2010 Author Posted July 1, 2010 That's pretty annoying - but not too much of a big deal I guess, as long as I can install a separate copy - I hope there will be no activation/deactivation issues then
GRoss Posted July 1, 2010 Author Posted July 1, 2010 oh and thanks a lot for the link - those videos seem to have pretty much everything! :)

dok_rp Posted July 2, 2010 Posted July 2, 2010 You can still "watch" them using the patched version. Go to your Backup folder in the installation directory of Black Shark and look into "missions" and then "training". Copy the "trk" files into your Missions ==> Tracks folder and play them as if they were regular tracks. There will be inconsistencies especially when it comes with small synchronization problems, but they are pretty much watchable. If you've never done the training and don't want to reinstall the game this is an alternate route. Hope it helps you. Best regards! :pilotfly:
