looks like a bigger exercise maneuver.

 

wing tipping, to stay under mountain height and enter the next canyon in a right turn!)

one of the F-15 pilots used the right AB to prevent descent in that sharp curve..verry nice..haven t seen in reallife videos so far...thx for sharing!!!

 

so i don t think it s only to say hello to the spotters, it s more or less theire TASK to stay below radar scaners!)
