Just wondering if someone can make a U.S. Border Patrol Skin for Black Shark..

I tried with a couple paint shop programs.. and I really sucked.. my hands shake and make it even harder..

 

I know there are directions and tutorials, and I have tried.. I cannot figure out things even with the tutorials..

 

I tried telling you, I just wasn't able to do it..

sure I made a skin before, but it was very, very ugly.. sloppy...

 

I was even trying to do it with that thingy you use to fill.. (Paintbucket, I think it is..) and it just fills everything with paint.. if I try to do each stroke by hand, my hand shakes all over..
