BLuDKLoT
If anyone has FF5 and you're looking for a flight, we fly it daily with several people. We're always looking for new people to join in. If you have an IP post it up and I/we can join your Host as well. We're usually flying TE's, so if you have some good missions and want to share, we can fly those too. Just PM me, or reply here and we'll sort it out. I look forward to flying with you! :pilotfly: s/f [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC] www.veterans-gaming.com
Boberro
From time to time I play FF5. I like it, really rarely I fly against other fighters, mostly I am ground pounder... Mavericks, GBUs, HARMs, ect :) In case I'd like to play, I call you :) Reminder: Fighter pilots make movies. Bomber pilots make... BLuDKLoT
We're all Strike Pilots so you'll fit in just fine. We get the DF/BVR during/after missions from DCA's and Sweeps, so it's a nice mix. Also..A little Birdie just told me that the new FF5.52 Patch might be out sometime today, get ready to be blown away. Drop by later we'll be flying it, about to fly some .51 now as a matter of fact! Well the update might fix that (5.52) but there is a Driver you can get now to resolve that issue. I'll try to get the answer for you and post it here. dave4002000
I'm running FF5.51 with Win7 64 and an Nvidia 8800gts and it runs pretty stable. You need to download the new beta drivers, then...in your freefalcon folder...find FFViper.exe and rename it to FalconAF.exe Don't forget to change the target line in your desktop shortcut, if you have one ;) It sounds wierd and i was skeptical at first..but renaming the exe fools the drivers into thinking it's allied force (which the beta driver now supports) The only issue i've noticed is that the munitions screen will not display correctly if you have any antialiasing turned on. But you can turn that off with nHancer when you want to change your stores, then re-enable it before you fly. I had that issue even with XP 32-bit, so that's nothing new anyway. luckyluca
Then go to this post here: http://www.freefalcon.com/forum/showthread.php?t=18516 Same post as on freefalcon, hoping somebody could shed some light on this: still getting CTD, freezes and other bad illnesses with 260.63 beta on windows7 64bit with my geforce M9650GT I've renamed the .exe to FalconAF.exe (it would otherwise cause sudden CTD with 260.63). Since then I'm getting stable flight for perhaps 2 mins after which either the screen freezes with a dark green color or I get a proper crash to desktop. I'm trying various nvidia panel settings but they don't seem to do much difference. In FF 5.52 the graphics settings (advanced) are ticked as follows X X 0 X 0 X Here's the crash report. Any suggestion tip or anything else most welcome at this point!
