Joystick Control Problems

Hi, I have a CH 568 Combatstick USB connected with a CH Pro Throttle and am using Saitek rudder pedals.

Everything works great in Black Shark and in FC2 but I have noticed in the A10C when I create any kind of mission either by manually doing it or by having it generated the pro throttle will not move the throttles and the buttons on the sticks (either of them ) are not recognized.

When I run a training session all the sticks work and all the buttons I have set work perfectly.

What am I doing wrong?

When I create a mission the keyboard keys continue to work as they should.
