No Joystick input after a few minutes

Hi folks,

 

i have a strange issue, which never occured before.

After a few minutes of flying the Ka-50 i cant control it anymore.

Means the x and y axis are not responsible anymore, but i can use the rest of the keys.

Is that some kind of bug from the copy protection? I´ve read about certain games, which you can´t control after a while anymore.

But i have bought it and it was working perfectly for one year now!

Hiya Soul,

Chances are you are missing the Trim-return ..

 

What you have to do once the trim button is released button is Immediately return all Axis (X, Y and Z) to centre.....you will get control back the instant all controls are centralised..

This is so you don't get double transforms on any input (since we have spring return controllers, yet the real machine has hydrolic actuators).

 

You can disable this behaviour in options, by de-selecting "alternate trim method", but you'll need to manually remember to return your controls after trimming else you get double transform input, which can be a bit like riding a bucking broncho.

Using any mods? I've had this problem once in the past with LOFC, I had several mods installed and apparently they were messing up one another.

Now it works. Don´t know what caused it, but it´s gone.

Tested it again, and it definitly seems to be an issue with the trim, like nemesis mentioned before.
