Additionally you can look at this thread, the last post might be of interest to you, you might be able to extrapolate the info for the FC site. Good, fast, cheap. Choose any two. I've done everything listed under the Payment and Activation forum to try and resolve this issue. My issue is that problems like this shouldn't happen so frequently and with such little care for the customer. Companies get off way too easy these days. Problems arise whether you want them to or not. From all you have put forth, i can only assume that you haven't even contacted support yet, so i'm a bit dazzled by how you can jump to the conclusion that ED is lacking any care in this regard. ED Team const Posted February 4, 2011 ED Team Share Posted February 4, 2011 I've been a long time ED supporter, bought FC way back when, BS, one of first to buy A-10C. Then I find out they effectively disable my account, remove all order history from my account so I cannot use any purchased products. This is unacceptable. My previous thread was moved to some obscure never seen corner of the forum for having an "attitude". Heaven forbid I actually want to use the products I paid for and not have an "attitude" when everything gets screwed up for no reason. The only solution? Send a support ticket to the Flaming Cliffs website of all places and when they decide to get around to it in god knows when, decide to reactivate everything I've purchased. Some serious lack of quality control going on here. Dear user, You have two accounts with different logins. Dear user, You have two accounts with different logins. Please check your ticket in our support system. Did you guys split the account? I've always used this user name, the same as the forum here. If they then have identical login names one of the accounts need to be changed.
