Conure
Hey all, What are your opinions on in game AA for A10? Is it better to force AA via Nvidia control panel, and AF? I'm not sure which is better! Furia
The best is to leave the setting on "Application controlled" in your Nvida Pannel. I have great perfomace and graphics this way with a GTX 285 [sIGPIC]http://menorca.infotelecom.es/~raulurbina/ESA/banner_furia.png[/sIGPIC]

BTTW-DratsaB
Force x16 AF from the driver to give nice sharp ground textures. Everything else I use in game setting. I might investigate using nvidia driver forced 2x AA instead of in game 2x AA, as some times one gives better FPS than the other. I have my doubts though. Conure
DCS.exe is the main sim exe. Nate ignore my last post as it's fine now, however the exe in the folder appears as black shark, is that normal? thank you again Intel i7 6700k, Asus GTX1070, 16gb DDR4 @ 3200mhz, CH Fighterstick, CH Pro Throttle, CH Pro Rudder Pedals, Samsung Evo 850 SSD @ 500GB * 2, TrackIR 5 and 27" monitor running at 2560 * 1440, Windows 10. titanium
With DCS: BS using ati control panel I am able to set AA and AF to maximum without a major fps drop. With DCS: Warthog setting AA in game causes major fps drops. Will AA performance improve with the final release or is this because WH graphics are more demanding that BS graphics? I am the alpha and the omega
Nate--IRL--
ignore my last post as it's fine now, however the exe in the folder appears as black shark, is that normal? thank you again That is down to Nvidia's profiles not recognising a difference between the two. (I assume Nvidia control panel is what you meant) With DCS: BS using ati control panel I am able to set AA and AF to maximum without a major fps drop. With DCS: Warthog setting AA in game causes major fps drops. Will AA performance improve with the final release or is this because WH graphics are more demanding that BS graphics? Warthog is definitely more demanding than BS on my system anyway.
