Thanks Wags, amazing skills but how do you fly so steady looking at the pod managing Mavericks and other stuff. Whats your axis settings? How to you trim?

It's a pretty steady aircraft. In any aircraft, trim constantly so that you can let go of the stick with minimal change in flight path. The goal is to relieve control pressures almost entirely. (Whether or not you trim climbs/descents is more dependent on length of time spent in that climb/descent.) Remember you also have a very nice autopilot at your disposal.
