Where to buy boxed version in US?

Hi, I just discovered the A10 sim and am going to buy it, but I'm not sure if I should buy it on Steam or try to get a boxed version. If this is anything like Falcon or MS Flight Sim, I'm going to want to have the ability to edit config files for example and don't know if I can do that on Steam.

Amazon does not carry it, does anyone know where I can buy a boxed version in the United States?

Thanks!

The box is not available in the US yet. The latest info shows a release in July but as said above. For your purposes it makes no difference.

BTW, I have modified other games on Steam with no trouble at all. For SH4 it is the only way to use the game IMHO.

ASUS ROG Maximus VIII Hero, i7-6700K, Noctua NH-D14 Cooler, Crucial 32GB DDR4 2133, Samsung 950 Pro NVMe 256GB, Samsung EVO 250GB & 500GB SSD, 2TB Caviar Black, Zotac GTX 1080 AMP! As of yet, there is no boxed version for the American territories. Announcements will be made when they are made available.

As far as I understand there is no impediment to modifications with a Steam version. That said, I would suggest availing yourself of purchase through digitalcombatsimulator.com. The Steam version cannot, unfortunately, use a separate DRM solution due to Valve's failure to make the Steam DRM solution work with 64-bit applications. The same applies to the community functions such as the "Steam Overlay". Purchase through digitalcombatsimulator.com does also ensure that the full amount paid goes directly to those that developed it.

The value of auto-updating through Steam is of course something that you'll have to judge for yourself.
