98abaile
As the title says, I can't get my slew hat on my TM HOTAS WH to work. It should be at the default settings (I haven't changed them), in the axis options under the throttle column, slew is set to joy x and y. If I try to remap them and use the hat (or nub) to register the new binding, it doesn't register. Is my slew hat broken? Do they have a history of failure? Is there anyway I can test it? Thanks for your help.
MustangSally
First thing to do is test it within the OS. If you have Win7, then go to "Printers and Devices" right click on the Hotas Warthog Throttle then click on game controller settings...go into the properties of the throttle and see if the hat is working. 1 Ryzen 9 7950X3D - MSI MAG X670E TomaHawk MB, ASUS ROG Ryujin III 360 AIO 64gig Corsair DDR5@6000, Gigabyte GeForce RTX 4090 AORUS Winwing Super Taurus, Orion2, TO / Combat panels, Collective with Topgun MIP MFG Crosswind pedals, NLR Boeing Mil Edition Simpit Trackir

Thanks for your help. I had a problem with hats also, I took my stick apart and a wire had ended up under the spring, causing issues. If you open it up just BE CAREFUL and not pull on the wires as some are not soldered to well, just free them from the spring and you're good to go. 98abaile
Yeah, it seems the slew hat is NF. I removed it from the throttle but couldn't see any damage (although TM's soldering leaves a lot to be desired).
