I see you printed them out, cut them, and glued stuff together. Can you tell me what material did you print them out on? Is that regular photo paper (glossy)? Also can you tell me what material did you glue them to?

Thanks!

Let me be sure I got this right:

1. You printed it on a large sheet, then laminated the cut-outs

2. You used 3M Comply 40-10 to glue it

3. You glued the cut-outs to a PVC (Forex) panel

Is that correct? What is a PVC (Forex) panel? Any other name for it? Where do you buy it from (stationery store? hobby store? hardware store?)? Is that different from foam board?

Thanks for your help!

Hi,

Updated with the "KY-58 Secure Voice Control Panel" Panel, see my first thread for download the file.

Not the forex is not plexiglass.

I found this link in England for forex that I use is the same:

http://www.thyssenkruppmaterials.co.uk/tgl/pvc-foam-forex-classic.html

1 - I print on 3M 40-10 Comply adhesive, and laminated mat that digital printing.

2 - I cut each printed file and I glue on the PVC.

3 - I cut each PVC in exactly the impression the panel.

I would have to do a little tutorial ... but my English is very bad ... :(

Reactorone, I have just try your idea. The materials are those I had already (not very suitable!) but the outcome is more than satisfiable (for me)! I spent less than two hours for this!

Thank you again!!

Beautiful! you used my file to make your panel?

I hate to see more.

Hi Swaty,

I'm glad you used my files.

You should paint it matte black all white slices of your panel, even the holes or pass switches. It will make it much better.

UHF radio control panel is functional, but only the knobs and switches associated with an electronic card

of your choice (IOCards, XKEY etc. ...). The digital display is a digital printing, but you can put in place a display.
