Replacement disk not coming after a week.

I did contact Evolved games, two or three times. And still nothing.

 

How did you contact them?

 

I think there was a specific number to ring to get the new disk 2 - check out the "limited product recall on Lock On Gold" section at the bottom of this page for more details:

If that's what you called or emailed . . . . then I'm really not sure what else you can do.

We can't do anything in this situation.

It is Evolved Games bug and they must solve it.

You're sure that EG have received your e-mail?

When I sent my first request, the reply ended up in my SPAM folder, so check the spam folder.

 

I still need to send the stuff to them so they can send the correct 1.1 disck to me though, so I am not sure if this is of much help.

As others have said, you need to contact Evolved Games and will probably need to send in a proof of purcahse. Do NOT contact Ubisoft about this, they have nothing to do with 1.1 FC.

. . . . It's really not what you want to hear, but it's unfortunately true - ED won't be able to help you with a replacement disk for Lock On Gold.

 

 

You need to get in contact with Ubisoft or Evolved - they're the ones doing the distribution there.
