Do i have to uninstall previous A-10C 1.1.1.1 and BS2 1.1.1.1 to get the CA to work in DCS World. I don't get the CA to work at all. I have installed World and the patch to it, and after that I installed CA. I dont get the dialog box "choose role" when I start the game, and the options "commander buttons" is missed in F10 view. Also when I try to choose any new feature in the option "battlefield commanders" in the editor, and save it, it wont be saved, it looks like it did before when I try to change it. I have also installed the new patches 1.2.0 of A-10C and BS2 for World, but the CA does not work there either. Please help me, I don't know what to do.

There is no patch for the current version of DCS World. Every file you d/l and install should be version 1.2.0.63205.

It sounds like you are mixing versions and may not have CA properly installed, at minimum.

The old v1.1.1.1 versions of A-10 and BS2 have no effect on DCS World regardless of whether they are left installed or removed.

World 1.1.2.0 to 1.1.2.1 patch. Missions created in the free SU-25T or CA. I also wonder if I have to delete all files in the "saved games" folder, i.e. saved games from A-10C and BS2.

That is your problem. You need to download DCSW 1.2 to install and play CA.

It would also be advisable to delete/rename your Saved Games > DCS folder as well before installing the new version.

Is this necessary to delete BS2 and A10C saved games given those save games are on different directories by default compared to dcs world?

Is this really necessary given those save games are on different directories by default?

I am talking about old, prior to v1.2.0, DCS World saves not DCS A-10/BS2 v1.1.1.1 saves which are indeed in a different folder.
