Cowboy10uk
Hey all, I know this is a little late, just heard about it and as there is no post here, wasn't sure if any fellow simmers had heard. The Bronco OV -10 of the Bronco display team, was involved in a serious accident last Monday, after it had left Riat and repositioned at Kemble. Sadly the aircraft struck the ground and caught fire while performing a display practice according to some witnesses, the pilot has gotten out although suffered 3rd degree burns and a back injury. More details here. http://www.pprune.org/military-aircrew/490202-reports-coming-rockwell-bronco-crashed-kemble-afternoon.html Such a pity, spent a great day looking at this aircraft on the Sunday before. My thoughts are with Tony and his family and I wish him a speedy recovery and hope to see him back on the display circuit soon.
