TX_Thumper
I gotta say, Reapers solo was awesome. Looking forward to seeing the show. Big thanks to VBA Kato for the excellent VFAT mod.
59th_Reaper
Thx Thumper! But, 2 problems were in my display: 1. The lag, when the Blue Angels joined (during display) - My picture was paused... :) 2. The low fps (0-5, i don't know why) at the last figure (salute flying arse over tip) -> rebound from ground... So, no matter, almost at this weekend... :D Two tails, two engines! [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC]
355th_Paulie
Is there a small posibility to turn the externals off? I think it will reduce the lag considerably. :D
JaBoG32_Chrissi
Is there a small posibility to turn the externals off? I think it will reduce the lag considerably. Definitely not! :D Think of all the spectators! ;) Kind regards, JaBoG32_Chrissi
TX_Thumper
Yeah Reaper, I noticed the lag when the VBA joined during your display. I could tell that was a major problem but you handled it well. I also saw the rebound. I am surprised that it was as smooth as it was if you were maxing at 5 fps. Stellar flying from all, though. Can't wait to see the actual show and be able to evesdrop on comms. Thanks to JaBoG32 for hosting this, great idea. :D
355th_Paulie
Definitely not! :D Think of all the spectators! ;) True, and we will have a hell of a good time anyway!! :icon_weed :D

JonTex
considering that JaBog was generous enough to donate their server for this event that question could only be answered by them or some other generous soul who might be dedicated to the community. I think this will continue to be a planned event in the future to answer your question but probably annually considering the dedication behind it and plus people have to take time out of their busy lives to show up for the event. But my vote is that next year around this time we should be able to host another VFAT. oh please please please :D [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC]

EvilBivol-1
Towley... you're going to have to get used to reading the entire thread, otherwize people might start barking at your for asking questions which have already been answered. The show will be recorded with Lock On's internal record engine (called track), but there is also a plan to make it into a video. - EB [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC] Nothing is easy. Everything takes much longer. Bublik
Recommendations for the VFAT Spectators. 1. Please, DO NOT choose connection speed higher than 128/128 in LO settings (actually "Modem 56" will be more than enough, some teams fly at that speed on a regular basis). 2. Please, DO NOT exit and enter the mission and the server unnecessarily. If you really need to we would aks to exit the server only between the displays (when no aircraft is airborne). 3. Please, DO NOT use LO chat during a display. 4. Please, DO NOT choose any coalition other than "Spectators" if you are a spectator. 5. Please, DO have fun watching the airshow :D All of this is to make sure that the show goes smoothly and lagless. Thanks :) WR=210=Vladimir http://lockon-vpg.nm.ru http://whiteravens.nm.ru http://white-ravens.com

RAFStan
I suggest to fly only one time today. i.e. teams won't have possibility to refly their performance if something goes wrong. In some exceptional occasions will happen it could be done after the flight table sequence.
