Yea I can affirm this. Even if I'm far away from this impact and have no visual contact. There's no difference between to be a client or host.

My Rig: Windows 10 Pro, Intel i7-8700k@4.7GHz, 32GB DDR4 3200 RAM, Gigabyte Z370 AORUS Ultra Gaming, 1TB Sabrent Rocket NVMe, Samsung 3*1TB HDD (RAID 0), GTX1070 G1, Thrustmaster HOTAS WARTHOG + Saitek Pro Flight Pedals + TrackIR5, ACER 30" 4K 60FPS GSync Display

I am having the same issue. FPS drops down and in some cases FPS is much lower than 1. It looks as if the Sim has crashed but every 2-3 seconds i get a new frame. So some Missions are barely playable for me. There are some more units (not only the MLRS), which causes heavy loss of FPS for me. Right after the explosion or smoke effect disapears, FPS turns back to normal. Dont know if its a bug or because of my System.

just found a threat about this issue.
